2. Get detailed in the notes section! Want specific colors, patterns, embellishments, or effects? The more details you provide, the better I can translate your vision into stunning press-on nails.

I will review your design notes and reach out to you via email for inspiration images. I will then craft a custom design mockup based on your preferences.

I will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours to discuss and confirm your design and provide an estimated turnaround time. Your invoice will be raised once we finalise your request.

We love bringing your unique nail ideas to life! To ensure we dedicate time and creativity to serious requests only, we’ve introduced a non-refundable R100 custom design fee.

This fee helps us:

• Cover the time spent creating concepts for your design.
• Reduce “placeholder” or incomplete requests.
• Prioritise customers who are genuinely ready to move forward.

The great news is that your R100 fee will be deducted from your final quote once your custom design order is confirmed.
